The property is well laid out, offering well maintained and comfortable areas for dining, swimming and exercise. Staff are well trained and are eager to assist. No issues there.
However, the guest rooms are in need of some attention. Some of the issues we noticed:
1: Broken Tiles in the bathroom.
2: Room furniture shows signs of wear
3: Room air conditioning not operational
4: Bed mattress and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Mattress is very soft, pillows are very flat.
5: Room TV is small; Remote control has electrical tape holding it together.
6: Toilet seat not entirely secure; shifts while in use
7: Bathtub is small and the bottom is curved (not flat), making it hard not to slip when taking a shower.
8: Could not determine how to use the room safe; no instructions provided.

The bathroom dates and needs to be refreshed. There is mildew in the shower and the furniture is damaged from the water.
