A pousada é excelente, bons quartos, café da manhã farto, pessoal prestativo e atencioso. O que deixa a desejar foi a trajeto até a pousada, bem difícil, estrada de terra bem irregular, compensa a vista... a TV tbm não funciona direito. De resto excelente estadia. Aprovado!

O lugar é muito agradável. A pousada é um pouco antiga e carece de melhorias, mas a recepção foi maravilhosa e compensou. Sugestão: consertem o Wifi e melhorem os canais da TV pois as vezes não dá para sair da pousada e o hóspede precisa de distração.

Foi um feriado magnífico! Sr Luiz é extremamente prestativo! O café da manhã é muito bom e completo! O chalé é bem limpinho e aconchegante. É claro que estamos no meio de montanhas e o local é mais rústico! Excelente custo benefício para uma hospedagem no interior!

Eu e meu marido fomos com nosso cachorro e a experiência foi ótima. Pudemos caminhar com ele com tranquilidade e o quarto era grande espaçoso. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Um inverno apaixonante.
Conhecer Monte Verde, era um desejo antigo. Mas ao chegar na pousada fiquei encantada com a natureza que a cerca. Tudo é muito bem pensando as instalações são aconchegantes e acolhedoras. O atendimento é super humano. Ficamos muito felizes e com vontade de voltar.

It´s a good place to stay with family or couple
If you like quiet local it´s the place, you will be stay around native park with many tree and can see birds and river sounds. I and my husdand booking one chale that was nice, clean and the staff are very pleasing.

Pousada muito bonita com muito verde!
Pontos positivos: chalé aconchegante com lareira, banheiro e cozinha americana (com fogão de 2 bocas, frigobar, talheres, copos, pratos, detergente e bucha), pousada muito bonita e o wi-fi funcionou bem. Pontos negativos: entrada da pousada é uma rampa muito inclinada, longa e estreita (só passa 1 carro e não tem espaço para manobra para retorno com a rua); não sei o motivo mas não houve arrumação do quarto, como fiquei só 2 noites, não fez muita diferença; e, eles cobram 10% como taxa extra de serviços (sempre reservo pelos 'hotéis.com" e é a primeira vez que não estava incluso no valor da estadia).

Bom custo-benefício
Fiquei em um dos chalés, que é bem espaçoso, conta com lareira, frigobar, chaleira, mesa de jantar e banheiro, além de poder estacionar em frente ao chalé. A lareira dá um toque especial ao local que costuma ser frio a noite. O hotel fica pouca coisa afastada do centro, com um trecho de estrada de terra curto. Não recomendo ir do centro ao hotel a pé pois tem uma ladeira grande para acessá-lo. A lenha para a lareira era suficiente para a noite e o frigobar estava desligado e vazio. O café da manhã é razoável, nada demais, mas justo. Como inconveniente, foi precisar pagar as taxas adicionais (serviço e etc) no momento de nossa chegada e termos sido cobrados novamente na hora do checkout. Além disso, também no checkout, perguntaram se tínhamos consumido algo do frigobar, sendo que ele sequer tinha qualquer coisa dentro.
