The Space:
Honey Hill Cottage is approximately 1300 square feet laid over two floors and boasts four bedrooms on the first floor and has an optional 5th bedroom for larger groups on the ground floor. The property has a family bathroom on the first floor with shower and double ended bath along with an ensuite shower to the master bedroom both fully tiled with natural Travertine tiles. On the ground floor there is an additional WC along with open plan kitchen dining area, large open plan lounge and a separate utility room. A sofa bed is provided within the lounge area which can be used if required. Parking is provided for four vehicles on the shared private driveway along with mature private gardens including a patio for BBQ's and alfresco dining opening out from the dining area.l

Guest Access:
At Honey Hill Cottage we operate an Express Check-in where guests are able to access the property using the digital combination locks using a PIN code supplied to guest on the day of arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience, even if you arrive late at night. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property including Kitchen & Dining areas, Garden & Terrace.

Interaction - Guests will receive full instructions on how to access the property including a four-digit combination for the digital access locks for the property prior to arrival. We will also provide a house manual to assist you with understanding all of the features of the property for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
House Manual - Everything in the property is fairly self-explanatory and is much like most residential dwellings and homes. Heating and hot water are provided by a boiler in the kitchen cupboard and the hot water cylinder and controls are in the cupboard under the stairs. This is all preset and should not require adjusting. Heating is set at a comfortable ambient level and can be adjusted using the room stat located in the hallway. Individual radiators can be adjusted using the thermostatic radiator valves in each room. The WIFI internet modem/router is located in the study/Bed 5 with log in details printed on the back of the device. The TV is connected to the WIFI already and we provide a Netflix account for streaming movies and other entertainment. This should be pre set up but log in details can be provided on request.

We also provide QR codes on various items within the property to provide convenient assistance. Simply use the camera on your smart phone to scan the code and you will be directed to instructions where applicable.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can interact and communicate with us via the booking channel, email, SMS and Whats app. After you have completed your check in form we prefer you communicate with us directly as some information such as images to assist you with check in are not visible within the booking channel.

Lovely weekend away
From start to finish everything was great, communication with Oliver was excellent, check in was so easy and the house was clean and up to a high standard. We would really recommend staying at honey hill cottage and would definitely recommend Oliver as he was very helpful and contactable. Thank you :)
