"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

"The hotel room was great but there were no shower gels, shower caps and little things that you find in most hotels. Saying that, everything else was excellent and they had quite a good selection of vegan options on the in room service menu. Definitely would stay there again."

"Booked as a night away to visit Cambridge with my two young children. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time which was disappointing but without having to ask we were offered free drinks and activity packs for the kids along with apologies. Cookies too! Room was what you’d expect from a holiday inn, basic but comfortable. Slight niggle was the sofa bed being out blocked the dressing table/chair area. "Everything was good apart from cleanliness of the room. Friendly staff, useful info, small but well equipped gym, close to shops, restaurants and the bus into the city centre. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, looked like it hadn't been hoovered and the was dried on food on the sofa. The sofa also had a large dip in one side as though someone had lived in the room and not moved off the seat."

"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."
