"We stayed here over new year and it was really good. We had a city view, which to be honest I wasn't impressed with. We requested close together rooms and the staff accomodated this. The location of the hotel is fabulous, darling harbour is a few minutes walk away and there are lots of restaurants there. A couple of points I wasn't impressed with - the breakfast cost is high and the service was very slow. The pool area was also extremely crowded. I'm sure both of these were just bad timing...

"The two of us stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location, 5 minute walking distance to Darling Harbour and the Chinatown light rail stop. Our room was comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Carpet needed a stronger vacuum and there was a stray pair of socks at the edge of bed from previous guests indicating the floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The foyer had an unusual smell, was clean but seemed as though some sort of deodoriser was trying to mask some...
