"I thought this property was very nice, quiet and clean. Parking was plentiful and close. The only suggestion I have is that the bathtub could use a "grab bar" or the strips on the bottom of the tub, because it was kind of slippery. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you for making it so pleasant."

"This adorable home is tucked away off the road with room to walk on the property and on the road. Our group of 6 women spent 5 days here just hanging out and doing nothing. We had space for everyone to be together and not on top of one another. "If you're in historical downtown Excelsior Springs, this is the place to stay! We stayed at the Loft to have a simple Bachelorette party with a late game night. "Sunset View home was perfect for my husband and I. Super close to the lake and boat docks. Plenty of room at the property to park our boat and pickup. Steve and Tammie are fun hosts who make you feel very comfortable and all your needs taken care of. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Piper (the dog) and Duncan and Bo (beautiful cats) made our visit all the better. Will most definitely stay here again."

"This place is nothing like you you see online when booking! It was filthy, dead bugs everywhere, dried food all over the counters and patio door. We spent most of our first day cleaning, it was nasty! Take some pride in this home and make it appear for your guests as you list it online and make sure everything works and the amenities are there. Not anything like we expected!"

"We were a group of 7 quilters from Arkansas visiting for MSQC Birthday Bash. When we were not at MSQC we had our sewing machines and sewed all day. We enjoyed the dorm like setting and everyone felt the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen could be a bit more user friendly with adult height counter tops, or by putting risers under the work table. The cafeteria tables were interesting but a couple of mixed matched tables and chairs wiuld of been more comfortable and easier to access. ...
