"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "we were 10 and de have enjoyed our stay. we had plenty of wood to chimney and House was warm and confortable on spite of -15 outdoors. staff was very friendly. Owner changed a non functionally oven for a new one. Cons: its a pity they do not offer towels and bed clothes by default, we didnt see detailed on vrbo web page we have to reserve and pay for that."

Het zwembad wordt goed bijgehouden, maar is ongeveer 1.40 diep en alleen een klein strookje is 1.80 diep, maar je kan er prima baantjes trekken en in spelen. Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.

"The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment."

What a friendly find with everything right there.

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"
