"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. "A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. "

"There are two opposite sides this hotel has its windows facing. One side faces the gas station, and the other one faces an open field where the sun sets. Facilities here are in good conditions, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good, too. Not sure if the dates of my stay was during a high season, but at night, there is almost none parking spaces."
