Gostei do quarto, ar-condicionado e chuveiro mas não havia shampoo nem condicionador. Havia um congresso com mais de 400 pessoas que na hora das refeições formava uma fila enorme. Comida farta e variada.

Poderia ser uma estadia melhor
O hotel é bem antigo, pensão completa, cama enorme, confortável, limpeza impecável e ótimo atendimento, porém, alguns pontos decepcionaram: Pouca variedade nas refeições, horário muito curto, regra de não poder usar regata na área do restaurante, que é um absurdo, visto que vários hóspedes fizeram isso, piscina aquecida em um dos dias estava mais fria que a externa, horário muito curto da área de lazer. Para alguns garçons nas refeições, aparentemente estávamos invisíveis, visto as diversas vezes que passaram por nós e sequer perguntaram se íamos beber algo ou consumir a sopa, que era servida na mesa.

Atendimento e limpeza ótimos,comida razoável, trata-se de um hotel antigo ,que precisa de uma reforma nos halls dos aptos acredito que foi feito uma readequação na parte dos bombeiros e de internet ,mas os fios ficaram expostos causando uma má impressão, necessita de uma pintura nos halls dos aptos e troca do carpete por piso frio),

Chegamos 13:00 de uma terça estando o hotel bem vazio, solicitamos early check in que foi negado bem como foi negado nosso acesso à piscina, de maneira bem constrangedora . Empurraram a troca do almoço de quinta pelo de terça e aí nos deram um quarto Check out foi 11:00 porque trocamos o almoço e negado também um late checkout. Piscina fechando 18:00, taxa para sauna, comida oscilando. Não vale a pena
