Minha experiência foi Razoável. Limpeza estava ruim, banheiro ja estava entupido, travesseiro era fino e horrível, coberta fedida. A unica coisa q salvou foi o chuveiro q era bom, e ar condicionado q funcionava bem. Cafe da manhã medio, ja fui em melhores. Hotel lotou e o cafe da manhã do domingo foi difícil pois faltava tudo e os poucos funcionários n dava conta da muvuca de gente. Achei q o hotel falta melhoria pq ate a pia parecia q estava caindo. Enfim...n voltaria neste hotel. Ja fui em outros melhores na cidade. Mas pra quem busca custo, dá pra ficar c poucos dias.

Chegamos no quarto e o banheiro estava sujo, quarto sem isolamento acústico, ouvíamos tudo nos quartos ao lado e corredor, não tinha toalhas de banho nem de rosto, só conseguimos 2 toalhas de piscina pra usar como banho, cama desconfortável e muito barulhenta, café da manhã ruim, enfim, uma pena, já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede e são bem melhores.

Hotel lotado e visivelmente despreparado para receber aquela quantidade de hóspedes. Na chegada não havia toalhas no quarto e, após solicitas na recepção, demoraram mais de meia hora para levarem até o quarto. Café da manhã conturbado com tanta gente.
