Beautiful cottage 300 meters from the sea served with all comforts, ideal for a family or group of friends. The peculiarity of the house is that being the last of the road, it is surrounded by vineyards and countryside and enjoys absolute peace. It consists of three bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room kitchen 2 bathrooms + an outdoor shower box and various porches where you can have your dinners and your barbecues. Bicycles are available for guests included in the booking price.

Schöne Kleinvilla, etwas abseits
Die Gastgeber sind keine Profis sondern Privatleute jedoch super zuvorkommend, sehr umgänglich und auch Tierfreundlich. Kommunikation einwandfrei (italienisch, WhatsApp). Das Haus ist für die Verhältnisse in Tre Fontane ein kleines Juwel. Preis insgesamt etwas hoch angesetzt. Der Garten rund ums Haus ist wunderschön, nur mühsam zum pflegen jeden Morgen muss gewischt werden. Aussendusche Garnituren verbesserungswürdig. Innen kann das Haus leider nicht ganz mit dem Ambiente von aussen mithalten. Etwas wenig Stauraum da Schränke teilweise besetzt (war vorgängig schon so kommuniziert worden) Wir waren zu viert und mussten die Koffer im dritten Zimmer auspacken. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber Zweckmässig. Das Klimagerät in der Stube funktionierte leider nicht. Das andere war im Hauptschlafzimmer und musste deswegen Überstunden schieben. Im Haupt Schlafzimmer befindet sich die Zentrale für die Alarmanlage. Diese piepst und leuchtet durchgehend, auch in der Nacht. Wir hoffen sie lösen das nervige Problem und verschieben diesen Kasten in den Abstellraum. Die Lage des Hauses ist ca 1.5km von Zentrum entfernt. Vom Meer ca 350m. Ohne Auto bei der Hitze nicht zu unterschätzen. Danke an Paolo und Familie!
