"Struttura sita in una bella posizione fronte lago molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti a Bad Kleinkircheneim; camere nuove, pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca i dintorni dell’hotel nell’immediata vicinanza, dove non abbiamo mai trovato ristoranti aperti oltre le 20.30 e raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima per chi come noi vuole godersi la montagna e le giornate sugli sci per poi tornare a risposare in un luogo confortevole. "

"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."

I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. "The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"The hospitality at Hotel Mangart was absolutely phenomenal. The hostesses went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. One hostess accommodated my diet when the dinner menu when I was unable to eat what was being served. Another hostess, Ana S. was exceptional from the beginning of my stay to the end. When I lost my sunglasses in town, she went out of her way to give me a pair of her own which she no longer used. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended "
