Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. (Very Unprofessional) The next day was a male receptionist in the front desk and he was very polite and responsive. We told him about the safe box and he sent someone to fix the safe box right away. The hotel provides a good breakfast. The room is small but functional. This is the third time we stayed at Ibis hotel and again the male receptionists were excellent, but the female receptionist need some training/workshop on how to talk to customers.

I was very dissappointed that the hotel did not have the Brazilian Regular Channels (Record and SBT). We asked the staff, but they didn't know what to do or why the channels didn't work. I didn't understand why these two regular channel was not available as it is free of charge in Brazil. The TV image was not good. We were very dissapointed as we could not watch our favorite free channels in Brazil.

Para um padrão íbis pode melhorar e muito. Os copos disponibilizados no café da manhã estavam sujos, com marca de batom. Ovos mexidos estavam frio, itens sem identificação. O quarto também pode melhorar a limpeza, encontrei pertences (batom, esponja de maquiagem) de hospedes anteriores no chão, o que gera dúvidas quanto a qualidade da limpeza. O recepcionista da noite não é nada gentil e simpático, os funcionários da manhã são muito mais agradáveis. Precisam rever urgentemente a qualidade do atendimento no período noturno.

Estadia foi excelente! O atendimento de toda a equipe, do check-in, café da manhã, limpeza, check-out, tudo muito bom. Só fica a sugestão de melhorar a qualidade das toalhas de banho, mas parece que é um padrão da rede Íbis.

O atendimento pode ser mais simpático e gentil. O café da manhã é até as 10h, cheguei 09h15 e já não tinha mais ovos, itens sem identificação, prateleiras e pratos vazios. Talheres sujos e mal lavados, situações que não condizem com um padrão Íbis. Pode melhorar pra ficar excelente !
