"I like the price/value. 15 minutes walking to the bus station #6 that takes you to Venice downtown. There is a super big grocery store Panarama with good price, 5 minutes driving. The cabin is a little tight for us 4 big people but it’s cozy and warm (with heaters in each room). The only downside is the wifi signal is unstable, and the shower water temperature is not stable. Other than that we had a good time. I recommend it! "

"We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out. "

"The property was very much what we expected. We were looking for a quieter neighborhood in Venice since we were coming from a noisier area in Florence. Was able to sleep very comfortably at night, great sleep and no nightly noises disturbing us. We did have to walk a distance to get to the areas of interest so that would be the only challenge. But it’s Venice! You walk everywhere and that is the charm"

"We stayed here over two successive weekends and both times the check in, communication and ease of find the place were excellent. I gave it four stars for one reason … the shower. We are both rather tall and the shower is tiny and difficult to use. Also, there seems to be limited hot water. The beds were ok. And keep in mind you need to walk up three flights of stairs. The place was clean and well maintained. "
