"Booked a non-smoking room six months in advance but got a room that a smoker had used the hotel did try to rectify by giving it a deep clean but a day later the smell was back again. We put up with it for the extra three days of ou stay, breakfast was just possible for Hilton hotel I would’ve expected ..."
