"Super hotel. Clean friendly helpful. I had excellent help from the front desk, Leo and Bram at the bar, excellent and knowledgable Maintenance guy, Michael, who fixed the safe and my luggage, and the room service lady. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable too. Don’t expect USA size rooms of course, but my 2 stays now were perfectly adequate and comfy. "You can’t unload in front of the hotel so there’s a bit of walk to the side street with luggage. First room smelled like smoke and the staff were accommodating and put us in a different room. Shower pressure was low and cleaning could’ve been better inside the room for a 4-star hotel. The location is amazing and walkable to everything. That makes it worth it in my opinion."
