THE ATTIC OF CANAZEI

The apartment is located on the third floor of the Residence Marmolada, in Alba di Canazei. Structured on two levels, the house is composed of the following rooms: on the first floor there is the entrance, with dining room, lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower; on the second floor two adjoining bedrooms and a second bathroom (without shower). The matchboard on the walls, the carpet on the floor and the simple furnishings ensure that a familiar and welcoming atmosphere is perceived inside the house. As an attic, the house is equipped with numerous velux windows which make it very bright. On the east and west side there are two wall windows with panoramic views of the Sasso Piatto-CInque Dita-Sasso Lungo group and the Marmolada. The Residence has a private parking reserved for condominiums.
The apartment is particularly suitable for people who want to share a pleasant experience in the company (groups of young people or families with children). Attention: neither sheets nor towels are supplied in the house, while blankets, dishes and the main appliances (television, dishwasher, microwave oven, slicer, etc.) are found.
Just outside the front door there is a landing, where a private piece of furniture allows you to store ski boots, as well as any type of footwear.
The position of the apartment in Alba di Canazei is particularly happy because:
- it is particularly convenient to the Ciampac ski lifts and the new Alba-Col De Rossi cableway;
- it is just 1.6 km from the city center of Canazei;
- is immune to traffic and congestion typical of peak times;
- is adjacent to the ice stadium;
- is adjacent to a wellness center with Cirelle swimming pool;
- it is located in front of the Famila shop and within walking distance of other services: tobacconist, newsagent, bar, sports equipment rental, etc.
- it is 100 meters from the children's playground beyond the bridge of the Avisio stream;
- it is served with a stop of the free Skibus service that leads to all the lifts in the Val di Fassa;
In recent years Alba, as a fraction of the famous tourist resort of Canazei, has been chosen as a privileged outlet for the development of the city center now saturated with services.
The lifts are among the most renowned in the world for connections and technological upgrading.

ATTENTION: From 15 September to 15 October 2019 the Residence Marmolada will be affected by a building site for RENOVATION WORK on the external facades. The apartment will however remain COMPLETELY AGIBLE.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicino agli impianti di Alba. Host gentile, disponibile e flessibile. L'appartamento è molto datato negli arredi e nei componenti come infissi, oscuranti e impianti di illuminazione, però funzionale per una breve vacanza in compagnia. Punto critico: la pulizia dovrebbe essere molto più accurata.

Ottima posizione
Siamo un gruppo di amici, abbiamo soggiornato per cinque notti nella mansarda. La posizione è ottima, vicino agli impianti di risalita raggiungibili a piedi, davanti ad un supermercato, vicino al palazzetto, con il parcheggio fronte strada ed a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Canazei. L' abitazione è molto rustica ma comoda per un gruppo di amici appassionati di sci. Il prezzo favorevole e la posizione sono i punti di forza. Sicuramente potrebbe essere un po' rinnovata nell'arredo ma presenta comunque tutto l'essenziale per un buon soggiorno. L' unica pecca è l'assenza di lavatrice. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Valutazione del soggiorno positiva!

Spazi ristretti, ma funzionali
Ci siamo recati in 10 ragazzi in questo appartamentoper festeggiare a Canazei il capodanno e negli altri giorni andare sulle piste, gli spazi erano un po’ ristretti ma assolutamente funzionali, inoltre la posizione strategica vicina agli impianti di risalita, alla pista da pattinaggio e al supermercato ci ha permesso di usare il minimo le macchine.
