"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building.
