"House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice."

"The location was fantastic and the river was beautiful! The house was very quiet and comfortable and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor space. My only complaint was it could have been clearer, I understand it’s Louisiana and we were beside the water so bugs are a given."

"First, we never intended to stay at this property. The original VRBO we had booked canceled last minute, because of flooding in that area. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, and beyond the normal comforts were available, should we need anything. We travel with all of our own blankets, and even pack laundry soap and dishwasher detergents, but had we needed for anything, the host had seen to every detail.
