"We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

"The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. "This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful."

Dog friendly hotel with spectacular views

"We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring."

"Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable."
