Beautiful new 3 bdr villa & pool

Beautiful new 3 bedroom villa located in Tumbakbayuh/Pererenan. Only 12 minutes away from Pererenan beach.

Villa Casa Carolina has a beautiful central pool with a sunbathing beach.

The tastefully furnished and decorated living room borders the pool. It houses a fully equipped kitchen with a central island covered with Bengkirai wood that serves as a very convivial dining table. The living room with its small exotic garden has comfortable sofas and is equipped with a smart TV.

Two bedrooms are located on either side of the pool, one is equipped with a Queen Size bed while the other has a King Size bed. They are both air-conditioned, each with a desk area, private bathroom and bay windows overlooking the pool.

The 3rd air-conditioned room is located on the first floor, it has a Queen size bed, a desk area and a beautiful private bathroom.

The terrace with its superb deck in Bengkirai wood is equipped with a lounge under a pergola.

The villa also has a private parking lot that can accommodate several scooters.

Villa Casa Carolina is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.
