The staff were not helpfull with our request to keep some luggage a couple of days until our return, initially they said yes, and then they said no at the worst moment.
Ther never was a hint of offering any solution, just a NO.

We didn’t like having to leave the property to go on to our next destination. The property was beautiful in many areas - the buildings, the rooms, the grounds, the staff, the peacefulness, the ambiance - actually everything was just perfect as far as we were concerned.
