"We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades. "

"A lovely property in a secluded part of the Royal golf course. Suites were perfect- clean, comfortable and well appointed. The pool was great and the location calm and relaxing. Service in the restaurant (due to one particular member of staff) was poor but it’s apparently owned by another company. Breakfast was ok but could have been much better. Despite this, I’d definitely stay again."

"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous!
