"Nice new property "

"Right in the heart of Cannes! Close to the market with lots of shopping. Waterfront was within walking distance. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the room. Breakfast was offered (for a price), but we chose to walk to the market and experience the morning hustle. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cannes."

"Lovely stay and Laurent made it very easy. The upstairs has only 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms and there is a second one downstairs. Great location, the living room furniture needs replacing. Two good bedrooms and two fine for children. The kitchen is well equipped except for cutting knives, there is only a good bread knife. We would take it again, lovely garden and sunroom in charming le Trayas."

"Comfortable, fully equipped apartment with essential shops almost on-site. Cannes centre is easily reached either on foot or by bus. The Croisette (the famous sea-front promenade) is only five minutes walk and is currently being re-developed. As the bus stops right outside the apartment block, we hardly used the car at all. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a lift so no problems with bags. Isabelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all our queries very quickly."

"Appartement de propriétaire inclus dans un ensemble "Pierres et Vacances" sans en être avertie. Très bruyant, piscines impraticables au vu du nombre de personnes. Appartement de 40m2, oui mais avec terrasse comprise. Coin de nuit enfants sans porte. Front de mer, oui mais plage inaccessible devant la propriété, nécessité d'aller plus loin. En revanche l'équipement de l'appartement est convenable (batterie de cuisine à revoir malgré tout) et propre."
