Great views
Great views, waking distance from main Cannes attractions including beaches, marinas and fine restaurants. Excelent host Sabrina, kind and understanding. Sorrry for leaving some dirty dishes, we had to rush to the airport. Very pleasent stay.

The location is super with beach, great restaurants and shopping close by. It is in a quieter section of town so not as much traffic noise and none of the late night partying that will keep you up. Very convenient for the Cannes Yachting Festival. Unfortunately, the offering has diminished in the last 3 years. The wear and tear is starting to show. Needs freshening up. We will have to look for a new place for next year.

A room with a view.
We have just had the most enjoyable week in Cannes, thanks very much to our accommodation. It was comfortable, in a great location, close to the beach and amenities and has a breath taking view from the lounge and balcony.

Perfect Location
We had a beautiful week long stay in Sabrina’s apartment in Cannes. The view was spectacular and it’s close to all the sights, restaurants, grocery, markets, etc. the best part was it was just a few steps from the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay in Cannes. We will be back!

We had the most amazing stay here! Such a wonderful apartment and Sabrina who owns it was so lovely and welcoming. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea and the Cannes coastline was beautiful! Lots of restaurants immediately next to and around us. Particularly enjoyed Waikiki and Maema restaurants on the beach front and Madrigal restaurant next to the apartment. Also, if you like pizza then La Pizza Cresci by the harbour was great! Souvenir shops really close by and Chez Louise was wonderful for our lunches and very close to apartment. We were lucky to be there for the last night of the Festival polytechnics and had dinner at Waikiki on the beach watching fireworks, it was maginificent! Highly recommend getting the beach beds from one of the restaurants along the beach front and access to their drink and food all day, we got front row beds for 30 euros each and reserved the day before. The apartment has an iron and ironing board, washing machine, coffee machine, hair dryer and microwave, dishwasher and oven. Overall we had the very best week, would definitely return to the location and the apartment. Thank you Sabrina! :)

This was a great home base for our time in Cannes. Comfortable apartment with an absolutely beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was great, and she was very nice and accommodating.

Lovely apartment with an amazing view, close to everything with a well equipped kitchen. Sabrina was so welcoming. Evenings on the balcony over looking the sea will be lifetime memories.

This apartment was in a wonderful location with a gorgeous view greeting you of the Mediterranean, wonderful cafes steps from the apartment. Centrally located to Vieux Cannes, La Croisette, Le Palais and the marina. We would love to return!

We loved our stay here
This condo exceeded our expectations. The owners were very kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The sea view is unobstructed and beautiful. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the Palais, restaurants, cafes, the marina and shops. The condo itself was well stocked with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. We look forwards to coming back again, and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Herrliche Aussicht zur Strandpromenade/Meer
Der Empfang war herzlich , sehr nette Vermieter. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade in Cannes Der Balkon läd zum chillen ein und de Blick vom Balkon auf die ganze Bucht von Cannes und Strand ist super . Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand leider nicht komplett durch Aufzug zu erreichen, 2 Etagen sind mit Treppe zum Ausgang . Für Rollstuhl ist das Appartement gut aber zum Strand nur über den Zugang zur Straße zur anderen Seite . Küche und Badezimmer sind schön und kochen Equipment ist auch gut. . Toilette ist sehr klein aber geht. Die separate Schlafzimmer sind soweit auch gut . Betten sind unterschiedlich in den härtegraden , so haben wir ausgesucht was jeweils je jung /alt Person passte. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub , wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement. Le balcon offre une superbe vue sur mer à 180°, il nous manque déja ! L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons bien dormi. Sabrina est très sympa et disponible en cas de soucis. Le quartier manque néanmoins de supermarché a proximité pour s'approvisionner facilement mais nous avons réussi à organiser une livraison avec monoprix et avons loué un vélo pour les allers retours au marché. Quelques améliorations de commodité restent possibles en terme d'ameublement (table de salon).

Perfect location
Very nice appartment in perfect location. Few steps down and you are on the beach. Everything is in walking distance, center og Cannes, restaurants, shops etc. The appartment is nice and have everything you need. Small kitchen but you can cook if you want. Balcony with beautiful views over the ocean. Only bad thing is parking. Only possible parking is a parking house 10 minutes walk from the appartment, but it works.
