The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with elevator in a closed and secure residence with caretaker, night watchman and automatic gate,
Living room with dining area and lounge opening onto balcony, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC, fitted kitchen with balcony, bedroom with 140 cm bed, wardrobe room.
The balcony also offers the possibility of having meals while contemplating on the right the sea and the Cap d'Antibes.
