Beautiful Villa in Cannes!!!
The photos of the Villa do not do it justice!! The house, pool and gardens were immaculate and every facility needed was available!! The owners were very welcoming and communication was good prior and during our stay!!! Definitely the best Villa we have stayed in price range. Within walking distance there is Boulangeries, takeaways and a couple of restaurants. Car is vital though to travel locally past this. Cannes/ Antibes and Nice all within 30minutes!!! Thanks for great holiday.

Family gathering
The property was perfect and very suitable for our needs, A stunning pool, poolside and gardens where we spent most of our time relaxing and playing games. The kitchen was large and very well equipped (especially the ice maker during the hot weather). The hosts were very helpful and should be proud of their property. The general location was secluded, you could walk to a bar and pizza restaurant and was closer to Cannes than we thought. Overall, excellent!

Excellent property
This is an excellent property with superb facilities and centrally located. Modern and clean with great open space and lovely gardens. The pool was a welcome addition. The hosts were warm, welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Einfach nur sensationell - Bestnote mehr als verdient
Sensationell!!! Man kommt an und staunt erst einmal. Wirklich wirklich toll, alles ist sehr hell und freundlich, sehr gepflegt und sauber und absolut intakt. Das Haus (inkl. Kühlschrank) und auch alles um den Pool herum waren bei Ankunft tip top sauber. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt und ist wirklich bemerkenswert; das verdient schon die Bestnote! Alarmanlage vorhanden, so dass man ohne Bedenken seine Wertsachen im Haus lassen kann. Die Vermieter Manuel und Lucia sind super nett, zuverlässig und äußerst sympathisch. Wir hatten ein kleines Thema mit der Klimaanlage – per SMS gemeldet und abends kam direkt der Sohn, um das Problem zu lösen. Außenbereich – Top!! Riesiges rd.3000 qm großes Grundstück, Pool rd. 70 qm + Jacuzzi, Spielgeräte und Poolequipment sowie ausreichend sehr bequeme Liegen und Schirme sowie Handtücher alles vorhanden. Die Bilder sprechen für sich Wir empfehlen für den Strand noch Handtücher mitzunehmen. Innenbereich – sehr gut! Sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, auch hier alles sehr hell und gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem. Hochwertige Geräte von Miele in der Küche, Nespresso und ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe (modern und nichts ist abgeschlagen). Großer 65 Zoll Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Essbereich mit bequemen Stühlen. Einziges Manko: Nähe zum Flughafen Cannes. Es kommen ein paar kleine Maschinen (Lear, Propeller) am Tag (erst ab 9 Uhr)- da wir Nähe Frankfurt wohnen hat es uns wenig gestört. Danke für alles:-)

Kleines Paradies
Wir haben in diesem Haus jede Minute genossen. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Sowohl für Spiele und Sport wie auch in der Küche gibt es alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Pool ist nicht nur groß, sondern auch wunderschön angelegt. Im Garten finden sich drei verschiedene Cabanas, ein Trampolin, ein Spielplatz für kleine Kinder und Zitronen- und Pfirsich-Bäume. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht an den Strand, so schön und vielfältig war es in diesem riesigen Garten. Die Familie Pascalides sind ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Magnifique séjour
Très belle maison à l’écart de la circulation mais facilement accessible. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. L’intérieur, entièrement climatisé, est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Magnifiques vues du salon et de la cuisine vers le jardin et la piscine. Vaste jardin très bien aménagé et entretenu. Très grande piscine avec marches d’accès et jacuzzi. Superbe terrasse avec salon de jardin et nombreux transats Table ombragée pour prendre les repas à l’extérieur. Pool house confortable. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et rapidement disponibles en cas de besoin.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus von Lucia und Manu ist phantastisch. Sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, viel Platz für 6 Personen und sehr sauber. Den Garten mit dem grossen und tiefen Pool, dem Whirlpool und dem Weber-Grill (mit Plancha) haben wir sehr genossen. In kurzer Entfernung gibt es zwei sehr gute Bäcker, Le Fournil Saint Jean ist besonders empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Lucia und Manu hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Bei Fragen haben wir sofort Antwort bekommen. Einzig die Flugzeuge im Anflug auf Cannes sind manchmal etwas laut, sonst ist es sehr ruhig. Der Mittagsschlaf in der Hängematte war ein Highlight. Kurzum: Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und seinen Preis wert.

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Très beau jardin avec une grande piscine. Maison bien équipée et très propre, située au calme mais toute proche des villes telles que Cannes, Nice, Monaco voir des diverses belles plages de sables… Je recommande vivement. Séjour de rêve
La villa est magnifique (située au calme et proches des magasin) et le jardin avec piscine est simplement incroyable. On a passé une semaine de rêve, bien rechargé les batteries avant de retourner au travail. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et donnent pleins de bonnes conseils. On espère revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis.

Un paradis pour les enfants

Une maison parfaitement entretenue et équipée
Cette maison est un vrai havre de paix à seulement 15/20 minutes de cannes en voiture. Le jardin parfaitement entretenu est un pur plaisir tout comme la piscine. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un avantage non négligeable!
