I didn't like the lack of communication and not being able to understand the owner/manager because they only spoke French. There was a misunderstanding to get the key and then it was a long Uber ride there and back to pick up the keys. There was no other option. It cost almost $100CAD and a lot of frustration to finally get into the place and we still weren't told the proper code to get into it. Overall, I would never do this again since we were jetlagged, tired and no one was able to help. Even once we got the keys, we weren't given the proper address, just a vague area. Gray Albion is a very large complex with multiple entry points and it was the fourth entry we tried. If our Uber driver hadn't taken over communication, I think we would still be walking around the complex.
