"This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind. "Loved the complimentary breakfast! Wished there was a fan of some sort for the room. Our plane got in too late and we didn’t know there was a hot tub until the morning. Love that it had a hot tub even though we didn’t get to experience it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. "

"Breakfast choices were excellent, far better than other Fairfields we've stayed at. Wonderful room with cool view. The only complaint was the large group of drunk people drinking in the lobby on Saturday night (Nov 16th), could hear them all the way up to our room on 4th floor. However, we still highly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful stay! Front desk staff all week was super friendly. I had a package delivered one morning and they held on to it for me until I could get back to pick it up a little later. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to get some work done online and stream hulu - wifi was speedy and didn't have any problems. Great shower. Hot breakfast in the mornings was excellent as well, great options!"

"Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"
