There was no central air upstairs of the house. They had fans in all the bedrooms. The faucet water has a stinky smell. Summer time it’s too hot but over all the house was nice.

Great Stay In Canton
Nice quiet property and lovely stay in this Canton, MI home. In the area for a wedding. Loved the "family & homey" feel of the place. Wonderful big kitchen where my family (4 of us) sat down for breakfast and lunch every day (6-night stay). Kitchen fully stocked with pans and gadgets. It was liked going to my great aunt's house and finding everything that you need. Everyone had their own bedroom and pretty much their own bathroom. It was just an enjoyable stay.

Amazing Home
Simply amazing! The check in and check out process were seamless. The pictures do not do this place justice; the home is absolutely beautiful! Tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a vacation. The owners are very responsive and kind as well. Everything was clean and there were more than enough linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Every window has a lovely picturesque view. A true home away from home. Would give this 10 stars if I had the option.

Wedding Weekend
Everyone was very pleased with the house. We had plenty of room for family that traveled in from 3 different locations. The house was big, clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and only minutes from where ever we needed to go. To be able to park 4 was such a plus. We would recommend this house to travelers coming to the Canton area.

Wedding weekend
Perfect but too short. We came from Canada, Wisconsin and Oklahoma for our a family wedding. It was great being able to have us all under the same roof and so much room !!! Everyone thanked me for finding this VRBO, and now I have to find one in St Louis for 2024!! Haha They want to get together again next year.

Not good at all!! The Evolve Co. is returning our fees. We had raw sewage coming up in the laundry room floor. Couldn't shower , go to the bathroom, and cook. among a lotta other things. Had to go out to eat for every meal. I would think VRBO would back the properties that they're contracting for. Please respond to this request. Thanks, Have a great day!!

Nice place but terrible owners and property management
We booked this house for a week for a family reunion. We didn't have power for one full day and no hot water for 4-5 days. I had to send people to our friends house to take shower and all and the owner didn't even care to call or send a qualified repairman to fix the water heater. The property managemnet company didn't even return my phone call for more than 24 hours...Yes they gave me some credit but overall...a terrible experinece and will never deal with this owner or the proprty management company again.

Property is beautiful, but in need of updating
The property is very pretty, the layout is perfect for a large group to gather, however the house could use some updating inside. Kitchen is dated and is stocked, we were able to do everything we needed to - but a few things should be replaced. Master bedroom does not have a closet - the closet is locked and used for owner storage?? All upstairs bedroom closets are a bit strange (1 has drapes for doors - which is ok, another has 1 door and 1 drape for doors and the third closet full of bedding so as to be unusable). The window coverings are pretty funny - one was a sheet literally held in place by darts. With regards to beds - master and one of the upstairs queens were lumpy and soft (read you sink), not comfortable at all. Also, the lighting in the house was minimal in the extra living room; bedrooms and the dining room chandelier has issues with turning off - I think this is a dimmer problem, sometimes it would not completely shut off and it would constantly flicker (annoying at best). They advertise the property with 3 TVs, however reality is only one works (apple TV internet streaming) as the others are not connected to anything (cable, satellite - nothing) so they are just for looks. While we did not book the house to watch TV, it would have been nice as not everyone wants to watch the same thing. The real issue was my mother-in-law (91) had a difficult time operating. They should either connect the other TVs or remove them from the house and advertise accurately. Last, when we arrived, I did not feel the kitchen and bathrooms were clean so I contacted the owner. They did respond and had housekeeping come back to redo these areas. As mentioned the house is in need of updating as you are renting a "vacation home" and these shortcomings do not scream 'vacation home'. I will say that even with the above disappointments, we did enjoy our time (after the kitchen/baths were cleaned), and found the house layout worked very well for our large group. The outside yards were beautiful and wish we could have enjoyed but based on our time of stay it was too cold - would be great in warmer weather.

Holiday get away
Plennty os space for a nice family get together. Easy access to Ann Arbor and Plymouth. The woods around the hose were perfect with the light snow that really set the mmod for our family holiday get away!

Lovely home
The stay was great and love the home. The only thing that was a problem. There is no air conditioning upstairs. There is fans in each room upstairs. Upstairs is very warm during the day and at night it cools down a little.

Good stay for our worktrip
Stayed here with two colleagues for 5 days in June. Plenty of space for the three of us. Only thing I’d look out for is that it is located on a dirt road, so make sure you have something that can handle the mud if the weather isn’t ideal.

Great large family home
Our family came together from multiple states to lay our father Reverend Kimani to rest. This home served us well. Check in/out was easy and everything in the home was in working order and very comfortable. This home was conveniently located to our extended family members and funeral home. We hope to stay here again as Michigan is our home state.

Nice homey stay with a bit of nature
Our family enjoyed staying here! We had 4 households and 7 people staying for most of the time. There was enough space for us, and we brought our dog as well. The home could use some updates, but overall there was nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Enjoyed being about 10 minutes from stores, but out in the quite on a gravel road. Neighbors are close, but there's a nice little creek through the back, and was plenty of space to walk the dog around. Communicative and helpful staff from Evolve, and all the info we needed was easy to access for check-in/check-out. Thank you!
