"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase. "The hotel is beautiful, however the bar closed early, often before 5pm. The surrounding area is also super quiet and everywhere seems to close early… assuming it’s due to the season. Lino, at the hotel reception was amazing, always friendly with fab restaurant recommendations. "

"The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "
