A beautiful modern three room apartment overlooking the pool completely renovated and equipped with all comforts in Cond. Selenis - part of the so called “Watch Village” designed by a local architect in the 80’s.
The apartment consists of a large open space living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace overlooking the pool and balcony in the back.
The kitchen is custom made by a carpenter and equipped with a semi-professional Everpure water filtration system. It has everything you need to create haute cuisine dishes.
