While the beach at the resort is currently a bit rocky, the management is actively working to improve it by breaking up the rocks and making the area more usable. "Just returned and can't stay enough about the great experience we had, all the staff were very attentive, professional we missed this type of great service, they all went above and beyond to keep you satisfied. I want to highlight a few I remembers, Carlos in the Asian - Hibashi did a fantastic show, Glenny who helped coordinate a special arrangement for our daughter's birthday, which made it an unforgettable day. The team with the entertainment (Nelson Vargas), and this are just a few of the names I can remember. The food in each of the restaurants was fresh, such a large variety for all the tastes and needs.
