Grande villa de 200 m2, entièrement ventilée & climatisée, disposant de 3 chambres, 3 salles de douche, 2 toilettes séparées, 1 grand living avec salon 6 places & 1 coin salle à manger / cuisine aménagé & équipé.
Toutes les fenêtres & portes-fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires.

L’extérieur :
1 grande terrasse au RDC donne sur les jardins du domaine et dispose d’une table à manger pour 6 personnes. La terrasse est entourée d’un splendide jardin tropical arboré & fleuri privatif.
1 grande terrasse au 1er étage est aménagée avec 2 chaises longues, 1 parasol & 1 coin apéritif.

La piscine commune du domaine :
La grande piscine panoramique à débordement (15 mètres x 8 mètres), située à 50 mètres à peine de votre villa et orientée Sud-Ouest, vous permettra de profiter (le plus souvent seuls) de la vue extraordinaire sur la cocoteraie / palmeraie, la plage, la mer & les merveilleux couchers de soleil casamançais réputés.
Des chaises longues & des serviettes de bains sont mises à votre disposition (en début de séjour).

Plage du domaine :
La plage privative du domaine, de 180 mètres de large et orientée Sud-Ouest, accueillera vos lectures & siestes langoureuses sous parasols (le plus souvent seuls).
