However, our apartment had a number of issues on arrival; the balcony/terrace was flooded and there was no way to unblock it, the washing machine door would not shut so we couldn’t use it, and although the fridge lights and display were on the fridge and freezer were not chilling. "Second time here, stayed in Room 310 and it was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and couch. Some cutlery missing and no can opener or tongs. Shower spray wets the floor quite a bit so we used a towel to mop up excess water on the tiles. We stayed for 4 days and had family visit, it would have been nice to have a broom, mop or dust pan to clean up with during our stay. But overall happy."

"We often come to Ridge as it is an affordable comfy apartment that’s close to the city. However, it ain’t for the weak willed as walking from the city is a pain in summer. Our apartment was great.
