Of Sport), bakery, shops, restaurants, 30 m from a surf school, 500 m from the fishing port and marina and 800 m from downtown connected by a free shuttle bus, surrounded by bike paths, this beautiful apartment of 51 m2, in new condition, facing Southeast and Southwest, is located in a small and pleasant green residence surrounding the pool. It has a private and secure parking and wifi connection. The living room extends onto a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool and the landscaped garden. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a bar, includes dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave / oven and storage cupboard. The separate bedroom with 1 bed for 2 pers. closet and opens onto a balcony. A spacious and high mezzanine with 2 beds for 2 people. 140 opens a second terrace overlooking the pool too. The pantry / Luggage additional 5 m2 containing the washing machine, a cooker vitro. and other equipment is spacious enough to also receive your surfboards. Un accueil génial, et la petite attention de bienvenue un emplacement idéal. Un appartement propre, chaleureux et super bien équipé. un environnement très calme Des balades sur la plage avec un accès sécurisé et piétonnier. Des commerces proches, Un marché au poisson super bien achalandé, avec des prix compétitifs. Et surtout un soleil et un climat doux pour couper avec la pluie et la grisaille. Super séjour, notre petit compagnon à 4 pattes à lui aussi beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons. c'est sûr.

Top spot pour Santocha, qualité d'accueil.
Nous sommes rendus à Capbreton pour faire du surf. Ce logement est top au niveau de l'emplacement, car juste a coté de la plage de Santocha et des clubs de surf. D'autre part, bel espace et confort. Une chambre qui ferme avec ample rangement et une chambre ouverte et spacieuse en mezzanine. A deux on n'avait chacun notre epsace. Pratique pour cuisiner et manger. Il a tout ce qui faut dans la cuisine. Mais également une plancha et un barbecue. On a beaucoup aimé manger sur la terrasse et faire nos plancha. Salle de bain fonctionnel. Machine à laver et lave vaisselle. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et attentionnés. Très disponible aussi si besoin. Bref nous avons fait très bon séjour. Merci pour toute votre gentillesse.

J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au bout de la ville à 50 m à vol d'oiseau de la plage. Top ! Très chouette appartement, bien équipé. Calme. Ambiance feutrée conviviale dans la résidence où on sent la présence des autres résidents sans être incommodé. Les propriétaires sont plus que charmants et attentionnés. Merci pour leur accueil. Ils méritent d'avoir des hôtes qui respectent la qualité de l'appartement et la sérénité de l'endroit. Je vais recommander cet endroit à mes amis
