"Communication with the hotel was good and the check in staff member was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice apartment with basic equipment. Beds were clean and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The tableware was not as clean as it could have been. On the whole it was good value for money."

"Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."
