"Stayed 2 nights overall a good experience except that the Bar and Restaurant staff were clearly overworked and not enough of them either night Up to an hour wait to order food and/or a drink Food was average at best The staff clearly did their best and were engaged, no sign of management or a plan to support their people when they were overrun with customers "

"The renovations are nice. We thought the beds were too soft and the room heating was tricky. It was either too cold or too hot. We wish the restaurant and/or room service were more extensive. We arrived after 9pm and there was no food available. "

"Very nice hotel. Excellent area. Close to everything. Restaurant, gym and pool on site are very convenient. Rooms are cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient."

"Our stay was not bad. We book our stay so we could have a diferent christmas, the hotel does not have breakfast so we have to pay extra for it only to find out the cafe is closed for the holidays. Plus the parking is not free. However it was a good stay, the kids loved the pool and the room was clean."
