Villa Mangoo . Home in Paradise

The Villa Mangoo was purchased from us in May 2016 and has been extensively renovated and upgraded and lovingly furnished. The house with absolute south orientation is situated on a quiet canal in a very well maintained neighbourhood and you can reach the Caloosahatchee River by boat in less than 8 min. Especially for those who like to go out by boat, an enormous time-saving. On land you can reach shopping and grocery stores in under 5 minutes by car. Also a large number of bars and restaurants are within minutes reach thanks to the central location.

The house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.
On a total of 2200 sqft. max. 8 persons have enough space to feel completely comfortable. We are especially proud of our living and dining area, as we have a spacious and of course fully equipped kitchen (waffle iron, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.). Mix your own created "Mangoo" cocktail from our cocktail machine and have a look at the large pool (4x8m) as well as the tastefully selected sun loungers with very comfortable cushions. Furthermore, the huge outdoor area has a dining table for 10 people and a separate lounge with a view of the canal. The special thing about this lounge is that it is equipped with a fire table, which creates a lot of atmosphere. Here we stay the most...

In addition, the house has a dock where you can easily dock a boat. The coconut palms and our mango tree around the house give you a tropical feeling right from the moment you arrive.

The house is sufficiently equipped with towels, washcloths, kitchen utensils. Beach towels are also available separately. We have a large master suite and 3 large guest rooms. 2 rooms have direct access to the pool and each room has a fantastic view of the canal and flora. In addition to the latest consumer electronics in the living room, we have 2 more TV screens in the guest rooms and the master suite. Wifi/Internet is available 100mbits. A high quality printer and scanner is also available for you. Of course a house telephone is also part of the basic equipment.

Access is also very pleasant through our large garage, which makes unpacking easier, especially when it rains a bit. The garage was also modernized. There you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and pool accessories for your entertainment.

The house is equipped with a wooden floor in the living area and kitchen. In the remaining areas you will find tiled floors tastefully combined with carpets. Glass shower door (Master) and double sinks in both bathrooms with plenty of storage space available.

For the BBQ, which of course cannot be missing in America, we have purchased a high-quality grill. We as passionate BBQ Lovers are always happy about the grill.

All overall we have put a lot of effort into designing the house so that it can become a "home away from home" for you. New Impact windows ensure efficiency and safety. The pool also has a heating system. The house has been repainted and we have had new doors installed.

Amazing Stay
This house was the first house we stayed at where the pictures match perfectly what the house looks like! The house was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very organized. The backyard was amazing! My son loved coming back after his baseball games and being able to jump right into the pool or fish off the pier. Loved the beach chairs and the umbrellas in the garage that we used for the beach. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again!

Great house
Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay! This house has everything you could need. These wonderful hosts thought of everything and the communication with them was so easy. We loved the heated pool and the whole lanai area! The weather wasn’t the best for us so it was so nice to spend time in the heated pool. The hosts are so kind, nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, great lanai, clean with everything you need
We spent six days at villa mangoo and enjoyed every minute! The large open areas and wonderful lanai are beautifully appointed and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We found terrific restaurants close by as well. We also made it to sanibel and Captiva in about an hour. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Value in Cape Coral
Stayed for 2 weeks with my sister in law and her husband. We’re all retired and appreciate homes with a walk in shower….this one has two. It’s an older home but has been kept up well with newer appliances and a well stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Outside area has plenty of seating with a table for meals or playing cards which we used a lot.

Perfection in a House
Amazing! The house looks just like the pictures and it was perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook when we wanted too. The pool felt amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this house. 10/10 highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if visiting Cape Coral again.

Location! Location!
The location of where you stay on your holiday is important and this property ticked all boxes for us .. from being right on the waterways and so quiet to being close to all the amenities you could want. This property is probably the best equipped villa we have ever rented ,we loved the fact that there were plenty of beds and chairs outside where there was so much room to relax not forgetting the superb pool 10 out of 10 from us ! OUTSTANDING 5 STAR!! stay in Cape Coral, FL
We recently stayed at this Cape Coral home for a week and we couldn't be more impressed, even better than the pictures. The house was spacious, clean and the amenities were top-notch. From the heated swimming pool out back to the large kitchen, everything was perfect. We loved spending our nights sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying the view of the canal. The owner was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral. 5 stars!

Spacious and Comfortable!
Beautiful home! There’s lots of room in this very large home. The gorgeous lanai is great for meals and playing games. Plenty of seating room too. The conversation pit with gas fireplace is the perfect spot for morning coffee and late night drinks. The property owner and house manager were quick to respond when we had some confusion with the TVs. We loved it so much, we are returning in 2019!

The house with everything
The house is immaculate! The owner thought of everything you could ever want/need while on vacation. Bikes, pool floats, plenty of towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toaster, coffee machine (although I wished it was a keurig), grill and all utensils you could think of). Beds were soooo comfy I took a pic of the tag on the one in the master bedroom so I could look into buying one for home!! The owner is very nice, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here any time I’m planning on going to Florida!!

wonderful stay
Beautiful home, and it was very clean when we checked in. Nice neighborhood, and we would stay here again, The only problem was that the TVs were very hard to operate since they were all in streaming formats. There was no instruction sheet on how to program and operate the three televisions. We are used to having cable TV so this type of format caused problems for us.

Minnesota vacation.
Mike/Tina, We couldn’t have asked for more. You have a beautiful home and the lanai was fantastic. The pool was a big hit and the fire table came in handy when a couple of nights got a little cool. The boat was also a great option. The only complaint would be the charge by the captain for boat instruction. Being from Minnesota 3 of us have boats so he didn’t tell us anything we didn’t already know. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to return. Dave Smith and family.

Wonderful home, central location
We spent a wonderful three weeks in this spacious home. The home was very clean and well maintained. Spent most of our days in the pool as it has sun all day :) while the covered portion of the lanai provides shade. Outdoor sitting area overlooking the canal is lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen in this home is huge and can actually be cooked in! (many rentals have poor quality dishes, cooking utensils) . The layout is wonderful with the master suite at one end and guest bedrooms at the other. It is located close to a main street in Cape Coral (Del Prado) so shopping and restaurants are all within a couple miles away yet far enough that you don't hear any road noise. Canal traffic is awesome with lots of boats going by. Would recommend this house

Beautiful pool home in Cape Coral
We had a wonderful stay of 15 nights in this beautiful pool villa in Cape Coral. It is nicely located at a channel in south direction, close to Wal Mart and Publix. Even a sports bar is in walking distance (15mins walk) in case you want to watch some football games with some beer and leave the car at home ;-) Contact to the owner was also very nice, friendly and quick, also possible via WhatsApp. The villa was equipped with everything one might need. Plenty of beach equipment, nothing was missing in the kitchen. Our stay was around 2 months after Hurrican Ian, but fortunately there was no big damage to the house. Besides the pool screen, but that's a problem nearly every house at this location had and this is nothing that can be quickly fixed. We managed quite good with bug spray after the sunset.

Florida...It's good for the soul!
The rental property is exactly what you see in the pictures. What you don't see you have to experience by being there! From the moment you walk in you get a sense that the property owners (Michael and Tina) have tried to provide for a multitude of different renters and their personal preferences. They did just that for both my husband and I and our friends who briefly stayed at the house. It is extremely clean, well decorated, and kitchen cabinet space for us to put our stuff in during our stay. Mornings spent on the lani as the sun rises and sets were my favorite times. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The Cape Coral community itself appears to be close to a full recovery from hurricane Ian as the majority of restaurants and bars were fully open. The response time of Michael to any question was very quick even taking into consideration the time difference My husband and I have rented properties around the world and I have to say that this is the most beautiful property we've had the fortune to stay. Thank you so much Michael and Tina for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Tolles Haus an ruhiger Lage
Wir haben einige schöne und entspannte Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zentral gelegen und Shops wie auch Restaurants sind mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wer etwas Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig und der schöne Pool lädt zum entspannen ein.
