"We had a great stay at Joe’s property for 4th of July weekend. We were not able to stay down the shore for the whole week, so it was great to find a property we could rent for the long weekend! The fenced in back yard and hot tub was a great feature for our young kids and dog. Walking distance to Wawa, CVS, and flecks ice cream. The drive to the beach/downtown Cape May was about 20 minutes. Joe was very responsive and accommodating!"

"Super cute spot. Needs to get rid of 75% of the furniture that serves no purpose other than collecting dust and junk. Also get rid of broken furniture and broken outside bench. Grass was overgrown as well. Would definitely return. "

"The house is as depicted, beautifully appointed and roomy. Checking in and out was as easy as possible, and the hosts were responsive.Linens (sheets, towels, etc) aren’t included with the rental, so people will have to either bring their own or do what we did, get the bundle through Linen Ladies. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but there are a LOT of beds, and we got a variety of towels in the bundle, as well. We had extended family visiting from all over the country with no way to bring enough linens, so the convenience was well worth it. Linen Ladies was great. Timely, organized, everything super clean.Now for the fun stuff! Everyone loved spending time on the back deck, relaxing and chatting while listening to the sounds of the bay, and meandering down to the beach. It’s really idyllic, and the sunsets are gorgeous from there. The dining room is big enough for large groups to be seated comfortably, and great to play games in the evening. The family room was where we were we at when we were inside just to lounge and watch TV or catch an afternoon nap, comfy and great viewThe fenced in sand yard was awesome - our dogs could wander around, and my 2 year old great-nephew just wanted to be there with his toy trucks. My nephew kept saying how amazing it was that his son was so happy to play by himself for so long, with us watching from the deck.Thank you, Crystal, for a vacation that enabled us to blend generations and make wonderful memories for a lifetime!"

"This was our first Jersey shore beach house rental in a quiet location and I must say it was fantastic. Still a very close drive to public hopping Wildwood beaches and boardwalk for the grands to get their fill of activities. The house was clean and contemporary. Very comfy beds and had a nice overall ambiance. The deck is awesome, large and easily to accommodated all 9 of us.The horseshoe crabs were pretty cool to see up close. The kids were fascinated by them. This location is a nature lovers paradise. Also, wanted to make sure people do visit Matthews Seafood Market for dinner. We did a take out and it was minutes away and was sooo very fresh and delicious. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your place!"
