"They were not prepared for me in the morning when I arrived. The advertisement stated that the hotel had an airport shuttle which is false. I had to catch a cab to the hotel from the airport. If I would have known there was not an airport shuttle. I would have not picked that hotel. I was overchareged for the breakfast and the airport shuttle. "
