The staff were super friendly - especially in the morning for breakfast! The room and hotel itself was in great condition and the club amenities were fantastic. It was great being able to go have a little snack and beverage. Very clean, great location and a very nice view from the hotel.
Some canapés and a cider for Happy Hour(s). Super staff there too!

Hotel is nice but overpriced. A/c in west facing rooms did not work well. The room was very hot. A/c in common areas seemed fine. In room safe did not work and despite reporting it at the front desk it wasn’t fixed. Attended a conference on site and the conference facilities was very good.

Perfect hotel and location to convention centre

Check in was a little slow but after that, everything was perfect. The best location to the convention centre and the city. Concierge staff and basically all staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The spa and salon are top-notched and reasonably priced. Simply one of my best hotels!

The rooms are very well appointed, large and very clean. The staff are fantastic. Jason, the shift manager went above and beyond to assist me when I became ill at the end of my visit. He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town.
