OH Vacations presents Cape Traverse Luxury Ocean Beach House. This brand new timber-frame, modern beach house is nestled on a cliff's edge surrounded by woods overlooking a completely private beach on the Northumberland Strait, which known for having the warmest waters north of the Carolina's.

The Space:
The house is 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideal for a large family (All Travellers over 12 yrs of age), a group of golfers or a couple looking for their own private summer retreat. Aside from the unique environment friendly 'timber block' design, the massive upper wrap-around deck is the standout feature of this beach house. With access from the two main bedrooms and stairs below, guests can sit and enjoy the ocean views from sunrise to sunset.

The Neighborhood:
Sunset Dunes in Cape Traverse is a private, beautiful secluded area, with large ocean front properties overlooking one of the nicest sandy beaches in all of PEI, Sunset Beach, and the completely private and ever changing South Beach.

Getting Around:
Cape Traverse is centrally located between Charlottetown (35 mins) and Summerside (24 mins) and only 10 minutes from the Confederation Bridge and the lovely Victoria-by-the-Sea, a quaint fishing village and home to OH Vacation's venerable and historic OH Victoria Hotel.

Other Things to Note:
Included with the property are 4 mountain bikes, bbq & lobster boiler, fishing rods and gear, fire table, portable beach chairs, a fire pit and numerous Muskoka chairs to relax on.

Family Golf Trip
We stayed at Cape Traverse for 4 nights and truly enjoyed the private property which offered excellent, new and clean amenities. So convenient for a family. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to any golf enthusiast seeking a memorable experience.

Amazing property
The home was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos. It was such a relaxing, fun sanctuary for our family to stay while we explored the area. Great waking up to a pod of seals bobbing 100 yards offshore. The family loved exploring the beaches. Greg was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended.

Family vacation
The house and property were amazing! There was lots of space to accommodate our large family. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed walking the beach and exploring the ocean floor when the tide was out. Loved that is was right at our doorstep. Highly recommend this property!
