"This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Awesome host and property! Great location too. Free laundry included (in building) was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again. There were two small negative points, but they don't change my recommendation: - Check-in time is 4PM, which is later than most hotels. However, the host is awesome, just send a message and they will try to accommodate (they were able to for us) - The tiles do look a bit dated inside our room (scratches, etc). This was purely cosmetic and didn't affect us...

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. "Good location. Easy access to/from bus station via 33 bus and walkable to the Alhambra if you don't mind the steep hill. Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay. Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall. One of the comfy chairs was splitting but bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay."

"We booked this stay for ONE REASON, it said they had a washer and dryer. We knew we would be doing a lot of activities and we would need to wash our laundry. However, we find out that they have a dryer that is not for our use, we had to climb two flights stairs to hang our clothes on the clothesline. And we only find out when we washed our clothes at 10pm thinking we would be able to wear them that night. Anyways, the property is very nice and spacious. Perfect if you have a rental car."
