"My only warning to others is that the bathroom is located by walking through the small bedroom area where the single bed is located. It is fine for families and friends who don't mind the intrusion by others. But if you are with those whom can't be disturbed to get to the bathroom, this may not work for you. "

"This was the best VRBO / rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment was as exactly describes with everything you could need. Couch bed with a trundle was perfect for 3 little kids with a super comfortable queen bed for us. Great shower and water pressure. Ample towels for the entire week. Perfect location to be within walking distance of the sights and museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in DC!"

"We spent a week exploring DC from this property. It was everything we could have hoped for. Quiet location. Close to all sorts of public transportation. We rode bikes everywhere. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store a couple blocks away. We were close in to all the sights. But we could sit out in the little patio and enjoy a quiet happy hour by ourselves as well. Highly recommend this if you are coming to DC. "

"We actually stayed on the top floor of the house, rather than this unit to better accommodate another family but the space was great! It was very tastefully decorated and well equipped, nicely climate controlled (cool despite warmth and humidity), and the parking permit is a real bonus! Great location - close to wonderful restaurants, Metro, and Trader Joe's."
