I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"We rented Villa Bougainvillea for 12 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were rarely out of the pool. The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement. "

"the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "
