Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! "Our host Naomi was very responsive and always reachable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Sorrento and convenient to one of the big public parking locations since we had a car. The continental breakfast made fresh each morning was good and the cook was quite pleasant. The room was clean and seemed newly updated. Our only issue was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the HVAC was loud, but these were not significant enough to keep us from staying here...

"This is a great value for the price. Large room and large bathroom, very clean. The host was exceptional in his help. This location is hard to find, as I had to call host and he met us outside to show us the way in - I would have never found it on my own. My only complaint is parking. there is a paid lot behind hotel that charged 36 euros upon departure. however, a sign in hotel indicated parking for 15 euros. I did ask host if I was parked in correct place so I was surprised by the high cost...

"Overall we had a great stay at this property, very clean, everything you could need in a holiday home. Even though the house is located on a pedestrian only street it was quite noisy and the property suffered from damp. We lost electricity both evenings and the first time struggled to contact the owners, ending up locating the problem ourselves. Luckily the cleaner was still there as we arrived as otherwise the check in system via an app could have been a problem without internet access."

"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
