South Seas Beach Villa 2418 Coastal Luxury

New owners have made this already wonderful vacation rental truly spectacular, having all new furniture, flooring, vanities, countertops, cabinets and much more. Everything is being done top of the line through West Elm and Crate + Barrell just to name a few. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 is a two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located on the 2nd floor (1st living level) and a direct view out to the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious condo offers 1,000 sq ft of space with a very comfortable living area and Smart TV. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a dining area and full kitchen with upgraded appliances and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The master suite has a very nice king sized bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is an additonal full bathroom off the hallway nearby. The screened lanai is off the living room and is perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the calm Gulf waters and our world famous sunset. 

The association offers a heated pool, tennis, high speed wireless internet and bbq grills. While you don't receive full resort access as this is a privately managed rental, you will save about 50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee and get to choose our exact unit. Please connect with Dream Vacation Rentals if you have any questions about the amenities. 

Important Note: This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

**Due to the aftermath of the storms Helene and Milton, please be aware that  amenities may not be open or readily accessible during your visit.

**Please be advised, that the association pool in this building is currently closed. However, you can use the pools at the 2000 and 2100 buildings.**

Amazing property & Wonderful location on Captiva Island
Beautiful 2 bedroom unit. Property had everything we needed for a 2 week stay on Captiva Island. View of the Gulf was amazing. Easy walk to beach and pools. Enjoyed everything South Seas property had to offer. No need for a car-rented a golf cart to enjoy the island. Sunsets amazing - will be back next year.

Wonderful Stay
The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.

Sunset in Paradise
We often make small getaways from Miami to the Sanibel/Captiva region and this apartment made the week feel like we were staying in a apartment that we would have bought and decorated ourselves. The Unit is very comfortable and the decor is inviting. We will definitely look for this exact apartment next time we venture out West.

We had a great stay here recently. The condo is updated and very nice. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and excellent ocean view. Only negative was the lack l of wifi. It wasn’t working for this unit and the free resort wifi was not very good.

Great Getaway
Lovely property in South Seas Resort! The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything needed to make a meal. The grab bars in the bathrooms made it easy for my father to shower safely. My only suggestion would be to leave the remote for the sealed fireplace - it looks so wonderful and would have been cheery in the evening!

Brand new 2 bedroom unit decorated very well. First makes unloading luggage easy.... but view of sunset just OK. We would recommend this unit to our family and friends.
