"The apartment is so lovely. It is a very spacious property and in a good location to explore all of Naples. The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. The only slight thing is the road noise - it didn't spoil our holiday but if you are a light sleeper then ut would be an issue. "This property is perfectly situated for access to what Naples has to explore by foot! It is conveniently located to Molo Beverello for ferry excursions to nearby islands and Garibaldi Station for catching the train the Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"Classic, beautiful apartment like stepping into another age, unlike any other place that we stayed in beautiful and tasteful .. Step outside into old Naples and experience life and culture. Walking distance to many great restaurants and sites and easy transportation by subway or taxi to other places ……highly recommend a unique experience.. Host is outstanding and extremely helpful Including a book of all the local sites and recommendations for dining, etc. "

"Our stay started out rough. Pics/description did not accurely represent what we received. We thought we were getting a 2-story apt with 2 king size beds & 2 singles (traveling party of 6). The apartment is actually only 1 level, and we got the equivalent of 2 queens & a full size bed, & the air conditioners didnt work in 2 of the sleeping rooms making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. "The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."

"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."
