This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words.. But make sure to stay more than one night because you will definitely want to enjoy the hotel.. My wife and I had plans to stay only one night but after the first day we decided to stay 3 additional nights. There are no words to express the food in the restaurant, the again outstanding treatment of the staff and great place this hotel is. 1 Million points to everyone working there!.. and Thank you!!..
